Every configuration of the tenancy, as summary rows without their values.

The catalogue: every configuration, one summary row each — the values and the version travel on the read. This route reads no query parameter; any query string is
400 invalid_query.

id — the identifier the Platform composed — tenant_id, archetype, created_at, and version, the number of the latest version the configuration holds, which is the version a Loan issued today would name.
