Void a held loan
Record that a held Loan was never signed. The grant and the reference come back.

A void records that a
held Loan was never signed. It is admitted while the Loan is held and after its hold has passed (expired). The Loan reads voided; its grant no longer counts its principal; its reference is free for a new issuance; it stays readable under its own identifier.
A Loan that was confirmed began. If its debt was never the Client’s, record a void of a debt that was not the client’s instead — the same state, with the money that story owes.
